Sales Executive – Real Estate Company: Gurfateh Developers Location: Derabassi, Punjab Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Summary Gurfateh Developers is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities • Generate and follow up on sales leads. • Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements. • Conduct property presentations and site visits. • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives. • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. • Graduation in any discipline preferred.
