Job Description
Responsibilities : Call interested clients and explain services over the phone Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients Convert enquiries into sales Maintain basic call and follow-up records.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year telesales / telecalling sales experience Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English required) Confident in handling client queries over the phone Target-oriented and responsible.
