Education Counsellor

Role Overview We are hiring enthusiastic and career-focused Academic Counselors to guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Convert leads into successful admissions. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly. Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. Provide end-to-end admission support to students. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Target-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility Criteria Graduate / Undergraduate can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in EdTech / Education / Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
