Job Description

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from parents. Provide information about school programs, admissions, fees, and facilities. Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain admission and inquiry records accurately. Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth communication. Address parent concerns and ensure timely resolution. Assist in organizing school events, orientations, and parent meetings. Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective parents.
