Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide product and service information.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records, databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems accurately.
Support the sales team by following up on leads and customer requirements.
Verify customer information, correct errors, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
Generate reports and summaries to support sales and operational decision-making.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and company information.
Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
