Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Visa Counselor to guide clients through various visa processes including tourist visas, student visas, PR pathways, and Germany Opportunity Card. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of visa procedures, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from potential clients
• Understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa options
• Provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility, timelines, and documentation
• Guide clients through documentation and application stages
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth case handling
• Maintain client records and update CRM regularly
• Ensure high level of client satisfaction and professional communication
