Job Description
Nova Hiring Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with active connections in the US Staffing / IT Recruitment market.
This is a performance-driven, flexible opportunity for professionals who already work with hiring clients or vendor networks and want to earn strong commissions without fixed employment commitments.
Role Responsibilities:
Bring and onboard new direct clients or vendor partners through your existing network.
Get MSA / NDA / onboarding paperwork signed with clients.
Share active and quick-fill contract or full-time requirements on a daily basis.
Maintain clear client communication and requirement understanding with the delivery team.
Support long-term account relationship growth.
