Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Franchise Sales & Expansion: Promote and sell franchise opportunities to potential clients across India, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Software Solutions Promotion: Educate potential and existing clients about the benefits of our software, which simplifies the management of pharmacy businesses. Key features include GST filing, order management, patient prescription management, expense tracking, and distributor connections. Client Communication & Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners. Respond to client queries, offer product demonstrations, and resolve any doubts related to our offerings. Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive sales, increase market penetration, and expand our presence in the local and national market. Client Retention: Help pharmacy owners increase customer retention by up to 5X by promoting business growth through our software and franchise services. Promotional Efforts: Assist in promoting business offerings through local marketing efforts, including online and offline channels. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports for management.
