Technicians - Job Description Position Name: Technicians Roles & Responsibilities : Contribute to total customer satisfaction by proper and timely execution of all repair orders Carry out service and repairs with zero comebacks and within the allotted time. Achieve monthly productivity target as set by the Service Manager Return the customers vehicle in a clean condition Perform basic vehicle care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels and rotating tires. Disassemble and reassemble parts, repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings. Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective. Explain to service advisor their automotive problems and the repairs done on their vehicles. Testing parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly and following checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. Handling personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists. Use all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customers vehicle (Seat Covers, Floor Mats, Fender Covers) Identify and advise for any additional repair items found and ensuring final inspection of all work completed Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order Treat customer's vehicles and belongings with care Transcribe clear accurate account of all work complete onto the repair order Keep work area clean and tidy at all times Knowledge and Skills: Education Qualification: Min ITI/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Stream Experience: 2 to 5 years experiences in PV service industry Skills Required: Extensive knowledge of computer controls, the ability to diagnose electrical and hydraulic problems, and other specialized skills are needed to work on these complex components Show expertise in working with team and independently. Steady hands and good hand-eye coordination, such as assembling or attaching components and subassemblies. Service technicians must sometimes lift and maneuver heavy parts such as engines and body panels. Professionalism in behavior and good work ethics. Age: 23 to 28 Years Language: Local language Salary Range: Rs 20,000 to 25,000 Salary per month + Incentives
