Job Description
Job Title - Field Service Engineer
Qualification - Graduation – BSC IT or Diploma in IT Field
Travelling - Bike mandatory with Driving License
Troubleshooting technical issues with respect to CCTV, IDS, FAS & ACS Products.
Excellent knowledge of Intrusion Panel – RASS, SECURICO, UTOPIA & SMARTI.
Diagnosing and repairing faults with Field Engineers
Resolving network issues with multiple types of Routers – Credo, Maipu, Techroute
Ensuring quality service provided on field to every client
Maintaining Service standard up to the mark
Maintaining uptime of entire system
Maintaining Repeated calls at zero levels
Ensuring the installation quality at a very good level
Achieving Business Goals and Revenue targets.
Monthly reconciliation of travel advances
Monthly reconciliation of Service spares
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
Dealing with escalated customer Concerns, incident reports, and legal actions at
site if any
Ready to relocate another location, Willing to travel other States / District.
