Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician experienced in handling premium home or commercial cleaning. You will specialize in the safe dismantling, cleaning, and reassembly of high-end glass and crystal chandeliers across luxury residences, hotels, and banquets in Delhi-NCR.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Specialized Cleaning: Safely clean, polish, and maintain luxury crystal chandeliers and fragile lighting fixtures.
2. Height Operations: Work safely and comfortably on ladders and scaffolding.
3. On-Field Lead Generation: Interact politely with clients, neighbors, or building management to identify new service opportunities.
4. Client Interaction: Maintain a polite and professional behavior while working inside premium client properties.
5. Grooming & Hygiene: High standards of personal hygiene, clean grooming, and wearing the company-provided uniform daily are strictly mandatory.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) Mandatory.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Deep Cleaning, Glass/Façade/ Chandelier Cleaning, or Premium Housekeeping.
3. Skillset: Must have a steady hand, high patience, and absolutely no fear of heights.
4. Attributes: Excellent manners, honesty, and professional behavior.
5. Care & Safety: Since you will handle highly expensive and fragile luxury items, extreme care and focus are required.
