Job Title: Field Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to install, service, and repair equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and provide quick solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
Provide basic training and support to customers.
Maintain service reports and update job records.
Follow company safety and service standards.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
