Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Earbuds Assembly Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling earbud components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency on the production line. Key Responsibilities: Assemble earbud components such as speakers, wires, casing, and connectors as per company guidelines. Perform basic soldering and wiring tasks (if required). Conduct quality checks to ensure proper sound output and functionality. Identify and report any defects or issues in components or finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Meet daily production targets and deadlines. Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to handle small components with precision. Basic understanding of quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI (Electronics preferred). Freshers or candidates with experience in electronics assembly are welcome. Working Conditions: Factory/production floor environment. May require sitting for long hours and repetitive tasks.
