Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities at site/project locations.
Monitor the performance of technicians and support staff.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out effectively.
Identify technical faults and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and technical reports.
Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Train and guide technical staff for efficient performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
Ensure all work is completed within the given timeline and quality standards.
Handle emergency technical situations and provide immediate solutions.
