mechanical service advisor Service Advisor - Job Description Position Name: Service Advisors Roles & Responsibilities : Open repair order, refer vehicle history and provide cost and time estimate. Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule/cost if any Coordination with floor in charge Customer interaction, Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation, help customer to make payments for services Liaison with customers about any additional work required Handling customer complaints, Queries & closure of customer complaints coming through all channels. Estimation Skill, Insurance Process and Billing Process - Advising customers on vehicle maintenance, scheduling service appointments for helping customers to maintain trouble-free operation of the vehicle. Promoting value added services to the customers for profitability of the company. Ensure high service quality Responsible for customer satisfaction rate Knowledge and Skills: Education Qualification: Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Stream Experience: 5 to 7 years experiences in PV service industry Skills Required: Strong Technical and Product Knowledge People Management Skills, Customer Orientation, Communication & Interpersonal skills. Age: 26 to 30 Years Language: English & Local language Salary Range:Rs 30,000 to 35,000 Salary per month + Incentives
