Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
RO वॉटर प्यूरीफायर की इंस्टॉलेशन एवं कमीशनिंग करना।
RO सिस्टम की नियमित सर्विसिंग एवं मेंटेनेंस करना।
फिल्टर, मेम्ब्रेन, पंप, SMPS, सोलनॉइड वाल्व आदि पार्ट्स को बदलना।
पानी की गुणवत्ता जांचने हेतु TDS एवं अन्य टेस्ट करना।
लीकेज, लो प्रेशर, हाई TDS एवं अन्य तकनीकी समस्याओं का निदान एवं समाधान करना।
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) के अनुसार विजिट एवं सर्विस कार्य करना।
ग्राहकों को RO सिस्टम के उपयोग एवं रखरखाव की जानकारी देना।
सर्विस रिपोर्ट, जॉब शीट एवं ग्राहक विवरण का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
आवश्यक स्पेयर पार्ट्स एवं टूल्स का प्रबंधन करना।
कंपनी के सुरक्षा एवं सेवा मानकों का पालन करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता:
10वीं / 12वीं / ITI / डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रिकल, मैकेनिकल या संबंधित क्षेत्र)
RO सिस्टम एवं वाटर प्यूरीफायर की बेसिक तकनीकी जानकारी।
इलेक्ट्रिकल एवं प्लंबिंग का सामान्य ज्ञान।
दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना वांछनीय।
आवश्यक कौशल:
समस्या समाधान (Troubleshooting) क्षमता
तकनीकी एवं मैकेनिकल ज्ञान
ग्राहक सेवा कौशल
समय प्रबंधन
फील्ड वर्क करने की क्षमता
