Job Description
Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain DB panels, wiring, lighting, and power backup systems like DG sets and UPS.
HVAC Systems: Operate and maintain AC units, chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), and ventilation systems.
Plumbing & Water Systems: Resolve pipe leakages, unclog blockages, and maintain water supply pipelines and drainage.
Civil & General Maintenance: Execute basic carpentry, patch repairs, and painting touch-ups.
Inspections: Conduct routine checks of building premises, log operational data, and report major issues.
It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
