Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Universal Engineering & Metal Corporation
Experience in industrial machine maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Knowledge of preventive & predictive maintenance practices in CNC
Ability to reduce machine downtime and improve OEE
Experience in handling motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read electrical drawings and mechanical layouts
Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) of breakdowns
Spare parts planning and inventory control knowledge
Implementation of safety standards and maintenance SOPs
Experience in TPM activities
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate with production and vendors
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
