Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Department: Plumbing and electricals Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 1–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician responsible for handling plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work. The candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining all equipment, utilities, and facilities in proper working condition. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing maintenance including pipe repairs, leakage fixing, tap fittings, drainage cleaning, and water line maintenance. Handle electrical maintenance such as wiring, switch repairs, MCB checks, lighting installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems. Repair and maintain equipment, fixtures, and utility systems. Respond quickly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns. Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. Coordinate with vendors/service providers when required. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas. Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs. Required Skills Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently. Knowledge of safety procedures and tools handling. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts. Qualifications ITI/Diploma or relevant technical certification preferred.
