Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
Department: Production / Assembly
Job Location: Takwe Pune
Gender - Male
Job Time - 7 am To 7 pm 12 hrs shift

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor machines, including setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
2. Perform quality checks on products and report defects.
3. Maintain production records and reports.
4. Ensure machine safety and adhere to safety protocols.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
6. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems.
8. Participate in training and development programs.
9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
10. Comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:-
1. ITI Fitter or ITI Truner, ITI Machinist
2. Fresher - 1-2 years of experience in machine operation.
3. Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
4. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
