Instrumentation Technician

Job Profile We are seeking a qualified and skilled Calibration Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for performing equipment calibration, its result analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of a variety of test and measurement equipment at different type of industries. Key Responsibilities Perform calibration and Testing, adjustment, and verification of mechanical, electrical, electronic, thermal and flow instruments as per defined scope. Handle instruments like Multimeters, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Power Supplies, Pressure Gauges, Thermocouples, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and many more. Interpret and apply relevant national and international standards regarding instrument calibration. Prepare detailed and accurate calibration certificates, worksheets, and reports in compliance with NABL requirements. Identify and troubleshoot faults in instruments and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Maintain and manage laboratory standards and reference equipment to ensure their continued accuracy and traceability. Ensure all activities are performed within the established quality management system (QMS) of the laboratory.
