Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and service installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out effective troubleshooting of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems at site.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Identify system faults and implement timely resolutions.
Generate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with clients at site, address their concerns, and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.
Support project teams during system commissioning, testing, and handover activities when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in servicing and troubleshooting ELV systems.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Networking, and other ELV systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally.
It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
