Field Service Technician

Job Summary As a Field Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that essential banking equipment—such as note sorting and shredding machines—stays up and running. You will travel to various bank branches to install new equipment, perform routine fitness checks, and respond to breakdown calls. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers or technicians looking to grow their skills in a professional environment. Job Description What You’ll Do Installations: Set up and configure banking machines at client sites. Breakdown Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize equipment downtime. Maintenance: Perform routine "fitness checks" to ensure machines are functioning at peak performance. Travel: Move between various locations within your state or neighboring states to provide support where it is needed most. Who We’re Looking For Education: Minimum 12th Pass. (ITI in Electrical is highly preferred). Communication: Basic English skills and proficiency in your local regional language are essential. Availability: Ready to join immediately.
