Teacher – Freedom Employability Academy (FEA)
About FEA:
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable organisation that provides free education in English, digital literacy, and employability skills to youth across North India. FEA aims to make young individuals job-ready and improve their livelihoods.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation in any discipline
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to commit for 1 year
Ready to relocate (20+ km if required)
Must have a mobile phone and two-wheeler/cycle
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily classes for students
Mobilize and enroll students in nearby areas
Ensure student engagement and learning
Handle basic administrative tasks
Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary: ₹14,500/month
Salary increase in next cycle based on performance
Performance-based bonuses
Travel allowance and accommodation support

Job Details:
Full-time role
6 days a week
8 hours (split shift)
Location: As assigned by FEA
Training:
Mandatory training at Lucknow campus
Stipend provided during training
