Job Responsibilities Teach Chemistry to NEET and JEE aspirants. Deliver engaging classroom lectures covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry. Prepare study materials, assignments, tests, and practice sheets. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support to students. Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback. Analyze test results and implement strategies for academic improvement. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or a related field. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for NEET/JEE/Foundation students preferred. Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Skills Experience teaching in coaching institutes. Familiarity with NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus. Ability to motivate and guide students toward achieving their goals. Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methods.
