Provide professional foot massage and reflexology services to clients.
Ensure customer comfort, hygiene, and relaxation during sessions.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable therapies.
Maintain cleanliness of massage rooms, tools, and work area.
Follow company service standards and safety procedures.
Build positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in promoting spa/salon wellness services and memberships.
Maintain appointment schedules and service records.
Requirements:
Experience in foot massage/reflexology preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
