Spa Therapist Position Summary The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and wellness services to guests while ensuring exceptional customer service, hygiene standards, and a relaxing spa experience. The role involves performing various body and beauty treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, and promoting spa services and products. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Welcome guests and conduct consultation to understand their needs and preferences. Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment. Spa Treatments Perform a variety of treatments including: Body massages Aromatherapy Body scrubs and wraps Facials Reflexology Beauty and wellness therapies as per spa standards Recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs based on guest requirements. Hygiene & Safety Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and supplies. Sales & Upselling Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products. Upsell treatments and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation. Achieve individual sales targets as assigned. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate guest treatment records. Report equipment maintenance requirements to the Spa Manager
