JOB BRIEF 1 Job Title :- Ayurvedic Panchkarma Therapist (Male/Female) 2 Gender Preference :- Male / Female 3 Age Preference :- 21–35 Years 4 Pay Structure :- 20,000 – 25,000 per month + Incentives . To deliver authentic and result-oriented Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapies with proper technique, pressure application, and deep understanding of marma points, ensuring a safe, effective, and high-quality healing experience for every client. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1 Perform all major Panchkarma therapies including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti, Nasya, and Swedana with correct techniques 2 Prepare and manage Kadha (herbal decoctions), Basti materials, and Potli (herbal bundles) as per therapy requirements 3 Apply correct pressure and strokes based on patient condition, body type, and pain level 4 Demonstrate proper knowledge and application of Marma points during therapies 5 Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and therapy standards in treatment rooms 6 Understand patient concerns and customize therapy approach accordingly 7 Guide patients on basic post-therapy care and precautions 8 Ensure a calm, professional, and healing environment at all times. EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience :- 2–3 Years in Ayurvedic Panchkarma Therapies. BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS 1 Strong practical knowledge of all Panchkarma therapies 2 Expertise in Kadha, Basti, and Potli preparation 3 Understanding of marma points and therapy application techniques 4 Ability to adjust pressure and therapy based on patient needs 5 Physically fit with no existing illness or medical condition 6 Good communication skills (Hindi required; English/Marathi preferred) 7 Disciplined, hygienic, and professional behavior 8 Positive attitude and willingness to grow
