Security Guard

Job Title: Security Guard / Reception Assistant Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and professional Security Guard who can also assist with basic reception duties. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office security, managing visitor entry, and providing front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and secure office premises. Manage visitor entry and maintain visitor records. Verify employee and visitor IDs as required. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Assist with reception and front-desk activities. Receive and record courier, parcel, and delivery entries. Maintain security logs and incident reports. Ensure adherence to office security and safety protocols. Provide assistance to employees and guests in a professional manner. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass. Prior experience in security and/or reception duties preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, visitor management systems). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable personality with a customer-service mindset. Ability to work in shifts, if required. Location: Office-Based Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
