Job Description
We are hiring a Security Field Officer.
The role involves managing existing guards and maintaining client relationships. As a newly established agency, our current team and client base are small but growing.
We're looking for an extroverted, no-excuses go-getter who is reliable and dependable. In emergencies where a guard is unavailable, the officer must show initiative and step in to cover the post without hesitation.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the role also includes generating new business and recruiting new guards.
It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
