Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Noida (On-site, daily office commute) Working Days - 6 days a week. Shift timings - 09:30AM to 06:30PM Key Responsibilities (KRAs): ●​ Engage with private school stakeholders via phone and email to pitch our SaaS products and curriculum solutions.​ ​ ●​ Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and web-based prospecting.​ ​ ●​ Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision timelines.​ ​ ●​ Coordinate with the support team for demo scheduling.​ ​ ●​ Update CRM systems with call details and lead progress.​ ​ ●​ Share feedback with marketing and contribute to campaign effectiveness.​ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ●​ 80–100 outbound calls per day​ ​ ●​ 25–30 qualified leads per week​ ​ ●​ Number of demos scheduled and conducted​ ​ ●​ CRM data accuracy and timeliness​ ​ ●​ Timely coordination with support and field teams​ ​ ●​ Conversion from cold leads to qualified prospects​ ​ ●​ Lead response time: under 2 hours​ ​​ ​ ​ Candidate Requirements: ​ ●​ Education: Graduate​ ​ ●​ Skills Required:​ ​ ○​ Fluent English communication​ ​ ​ ○​ Telesales and lead qualification experience​ ​ ​ ○​ CRM knowledge and basic tech-savviness​ ​ ​ ○​ Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred)​ ​ ​ ○​ Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities​
