Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers using predefined scripts to promote products or services, generate leads, or set appointments. [1, 2]
Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or solutions to their complaints. [1, 2]
Lead Tracking: Obtain, verify, and update contact details and customer feedback in the company's CRM system. [1, 2]
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for successful calls, sales, or lead conversions. [1, 2]
