Real Estate Team Leader – Job Description
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Train and guide sales executives on lead generation and client handling.
Conduct team meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
