Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Present and promote residential, commercial, or investment properties to potential buyers.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
