Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales process, generate business, and convert leads into customers. The candidate should be confident in handling clients and achieving targets.
Generate new leads and manage existing leads
Contact potential clients via calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and negotiate deals
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain client database and update reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
1–5 years of experience in sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients independently
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
