Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial property sales.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance and provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Handle high-value client negotiations and close major deals.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and property launches.
Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and competitor activities.
