Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Company: AAA PRASAD GROUP Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description: AAA PRASAD GROUP is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property-buying process. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads through various sales channels. Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements. Schedule and conduct site visits for clients. Present project features, pricing, and payment options effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with prospects and assist in closing sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain customer records and sales reports accurately. Requirements: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
