Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits Present and promote products/services to prospective customers Maintain relationships with existing clients Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports and market feedback Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams Follow up on customer inquiries and payments Maintain CRM and sales records Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion ability Customer-focused mindset Basic computer and CRM knowledge Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving ability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred) Previous sales experience is an advantage Freshers may apply for entry-level roles
