Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to support sales coordination, operational tracking, customer communication, OEM coordination, and internal execution activities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are structured, detail-oriented, fast in execution, and comfortable handling multiple coordination activities in a fast-paced business environment.

CRM updates and opportunity tracking
Quotation coordination
Follow-up tracking and coordination
OEM coordination and communication
Shipment coordination
Proposal formatting and documentation support
Pipeline tracking and reporting
