Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with allotted customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand ongoing requirements.
Manage sales end-to-end for assigned customers.
Track sales performance metrics and maintain reports
Provide regular updates and insights to management
Lead Management & Sales Support
Research, track, and update leads accurately in CRM.
Qualify prospective leads and follow up systematically.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and order status records.
Support territory managers in executing regional sales plans.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination.
