Job Description
Post : Relationship Manager - Direct Channel
• Handle company-provided leads and connect with customers
• Understand customer financial and insurance needs
• Explain suitable life insurance products and benefits
• Generate sales through telephonic and face-to-face interactions
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain service quality
• Ensure proper documentation and policy processing
