Real Estate Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, and marketing campaigns. Handle end-to-end sales process from enquiry to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and client meetings. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports. Ensure timely collections and documentation from clients.
