Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive company growth and acquire potential clients Must be comfortable with field visits.
