Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee equity plans (stock options, RSUs, ESOPs).
Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams on equity policies.
Track, report, and analyze equity grants and vesting schedules.
Advise leadership on equity strategy to attract and retain talent.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of equity compensation structures.
Expertise in financial analysis and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
