Key Responsibilities • Handle patient inquiries and counselling • Explain consultation and treatment processes • Guide patients regarding appointments and programs • Follow-up with interested patients and maintain records • Connect with Autism, ADHD, Speech, OT and Child Development Centres • Coordinate meetings and onboarding of partner centres • Manage WhatsApp, email, CRM and reporting activities
