JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generator Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Garg Shopping Mall, 3rd Floor, near Bhagwan Parshuram College of Technology, Sector 11, Rohini, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Generator who can generate highquality leads for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects through digital marketing, social media campaigns, CRM management, and outbound prospecting activities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating qualified leads and converting prospects into site visits and sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Generate qualified real estate leads through Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns. • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team. • Maintain and update CRM records. • Track campaign performance and prepare lead reports. • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversions. Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in real estate lead generation. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools. • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to analyze campaign performance and lead quality.
