Job Description

Customer Service & Upselling Associate Company: SGS Location: Liberty Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai Work Schedule: 5 days/week | 2 Rotational Offs Role Overview Join our dynamic team in a unified role that combines exceptional customer support with revenue-driving sales excellence on enterprise SaaS solutions. You will deliver seamless customer experiences while driving growth through consultative selling, retention management, and strategic upselling. Key Responsibilities This blended role requires disciplined execution across two core areas: Customer Excellence & Support (50% Voice | 50% Chat): Deliver first-contact resolution on customer inquiries, proactively identify customer intent, and resolve complex issues through collaboration with technical teams. Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage the inbound sales pipeline, achieve sales targets, execute consultative selling, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value (achieve gross ARR targets and maintain quota attainment). Retention & Account Management: Proactively identify at-risk customers, execute targeted retention strategies, and manage license optimization and renewal decisions. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university (any stream). Experience: 1+ years International BPO experience (mandatory). Language: C1 Level English Proficiency (CEFR framework). Location: Within 25 KMS of Liberty Tower Airoli OR within 1.5 KMS of Kalyan/Panvel stations. Compensation & Benefits Base Monthly Salary : Up to ₹38,000/month Retention Bonus : ₹1 Lakh Travel Allowance : ₹3,500 Incentives: 15k PBI : ₹2,750 OT : (₹400/hour as applicable) Schedule : 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs Additional Benefits : Health & wellness benefits Core Competencies Required Candidates should demonstrate strength in: Customer Excellence, Consultative Selling, Retention & Churn Management, Technical Troubleshooting (basic), Data-Driven Actions, and Collaborative Problem-Solving.
