Job Description: Business Development Executive Location : Sector 19, Gurugram (Near Cyber City Metro) Process : Banking/Wealth Management Work Mode : Work from Office (5 Days a Week) Timings : 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Role Objective As a Senior Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, consulting high-net-worth clients on wealth management solutions, and maintaining strong professional relationships to achieve organisational targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Identify and reach out to potential high-profile clients in the market to introduce our wealth management and consultancy services. Client Consultation: Understand the financial goals and wealth requirements of clients and provide tailored solutions. Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore referral opportunities. Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the financial market and global wealth management landscape. Professional Documentation: Prepare and present professional business proposals and reports to clients. Mentorship: Guide junior executives in the team to help them improve their communication and conversion skills. Requirements Experience: 6 months – 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle HNI (High Net-worth Individuals), and a result-oriented mindset.
