Job Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions
Achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams when required
