In this role, you will promote and sell banking and financial products through digital platforms. You must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets. ⸻ 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, or digital channels • Understand customer needs and explain relevant banking products (accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.) • Pitch and sell financial products to new and existing customers • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships • Update CRM tools and share reports with the team • Handle customer queries and objections professionally • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or issue resolution ⸻ ✅ Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of banking and digital tools • Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Confidence in speaking over the phone or video ⸻ 🎓 Eligibility Criteria: • Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with sales experience • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome • Comfortable working in a digital/tele-sales environment
